  • Proactively working with higher level team to address critical and production stop issues
  • Monitors sudden spikes/increase in volume if ticket for a certain application
  • Checking logs for issues that has something to do with data transfer utilities for external facilities.
  • Monitor and resolve critical alerts
  • Create monthly reports and do presentation to TI managers
  • As a Team Lead, I review each team members ticket and provide help as needed.
  • Create/update documentation to address new issue encountered at Level 2 side.
  • Create/update documentation that is aligned for transition to Level 1.
  • Check tickets that was received but no current documentation available.
  • Review and validates tickets that needs Level 3 assistance before transferring/escalation.
